Cancellation & Refund Policy

The request will be processed only after the merchant has verified the issue. If the product received does not match your expectations or the description on the website, kindly notify our Customer Service team within the same timeframe. After reviewing your complaint, an appropriate resolution will be provided.

• For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.

• In case any refund is approved by WALNUT FASHIONS, it will take approximately 6–8 days for the amount to be processed and credited to the customer.
